Drying

We do both Sun Drying and Machine Drying based on clients request.

Processing

KB Organic has reformed its processing facility to ensures clean,
process and blend goods complying to global food regulations.

Packaging

Made of fresh fiber material or poly bag with certain barrier characteristics in order to avoid contamination with MOSH/MOAH

Delivery

Careful loading to preserve the integrity of the goods.

- Containers are locked with security seals to ensure safety.
- Careful planning to guarantee on time delivery.

Natural Drying

Natural drying is a process of drying food that uses the sun and wind to remove moisture from the food.
This type of drying is often used for fruits, vegetables, and meats.
Natural drying can take several days to complete and the food will need to be protected from the elements during this time.

Natural Drying

Natural drying is the process of allowing foods to air dry in a warm, dry environment
This method is often used for fruits, vegetables, and herbs, as it helps to preserve their nutritional content and flavor.

Color Sorting

Our color sorting machines are the latest in cutting-edge technology, able to sort products by color with speed and accuracy.
By using optical scanners and software, our machines can identify the colors of products and sort them into the correct bins.
This helps to improve efficiency in the manufacturing process and can reduce waste and downtime.

Hand Picking

Hand picking is a process where crops are harvested by hand. This is usually done for small scale operations or for crops that are delicate and can be easily damaged by machinery.

Sterilization

• Steam Sterilization
Steam sterilization is a process of using steam to kill microorganisms and bacteria.
The steam is usually generated by boiling water, and the process can be used to sterilize equipment, clothing, and other materials.

• Gas Treatment
Gas Treatment is the process of removing impurities from natural gas before it is used.
The main impurities in natural gas are water, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen sulfide.
These impurities can cause problems in the operation of gas-fired power plants and other equipment.

Dehydration

KB Organic Leading specializes in drying and refining culinary herbs, vegetables.
Products procured according to highest dehydration technology and food safety.
ALD grow, harvest and wash our culinary herbs, vegetables and refined by us.
As we understand how much this process is very sensitive we had prepared special condition and process that had devolved based on ALD long experience in dehydration.
We ensure our herbs, vegetables are produced to last market requirements.
